We’ve spent years developing relationships with suppliers on every U.S. coast, building the market for domestic seafood by delivering fresh and frozen fish to professional chefs across the country. Now that he has a young family of his own, Sean has taken what he learned from working with fishing folks to heart: Take care of your catch and feed your family the best. Glad you asked! While the vast majority of seafood sold in the United States is imported from overseas, and often comes from poorly regulated industrial farms, all Sea to Table seafood is wild-caught from well-managed U.S. fisheries. Our home delivery fish is flash-frozen to preserve freshness. Plus, it’s delicious.
Absolutely! We believe the best gift is the gift of seafood. To send to a friend, simply check the box for “This is a gift order” during checkout, add a custom Gift Message in the field that appears below, and use their address for Shipping. Checking this box ensures that no pricing will appear on the packing slip, only your note.
All of the fish we ship to home delivery customers has been flash-frozen, eliminating any potential parasites. Nonetheless, all seafood, regardless of the source or how it’s treated, may contain bacteria that could cause illness if mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, the fish should be kept frozen until you intend to defrost and prepare it right away. Always keep the fish either refrigerated or frozen, and keep it separated from other foods you might be working with. Wash all working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw seafood. Cook thoroughly and refrigerate leftovers immediately after your meal.
Your order is packed in an eco-friendly insulation and plenty of dry ice to ensure it stays frozen during transit. In the rare occasion that the delivery is delayed due to weather or a FedEx mix up, we do not recommend re-freezing the fish once it begins to thaw. Any items that are no longer cold to the touch should not be eaten.

All of our fish is individually vacuum sealed in plastic, flash frozen, and wrapped in butcher paper. We then pack it with an eco-friendly insulation and plenty of dry ice to ensure it stays frozen while it’s on its way to your door.

Absolutely. Once your order ships on Tuesday, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to a FedEx tracking page. All orders will deliver in 1-3 days.
In order to dispose of your home delivery box, cut or rip open the insulation to separate the plastic liner from the recycled material inside. The lining can be recycled as #4 plastic. The filling can be composted or will decompose naturally within a year if placed in the trash. Simply break down the cardboard box and drop it in paper recycling.

Simply click on an item from our Shop Page and select “Subscribe,” from the purchase options. You’ll be given a choice of frequency: every two weeks, one month, or two months. Once you complete your purchase, you can review and track your order via My Account.
In addition to one-time purchases, we provide routine delivery every two weeks, one month, or two months. All you’ve got to do is make your selection, click “Subscribe,” and tell us how often you’d like it delivered.
All account information is available in My Account. Here, you’ll have the option to review your order summary, previous purchases, and subscriptions. You’ll also be able to update your payment method, delivery address, or cancel an order.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time without any related fees, charges, or additional payments. Simply visit My Account and select the Orders tab. Click on “View” beside the order or subscription you’d like to cancel. You’ll be given the option [to review the order or] terminate the selected purchase.

Our Wild Gulf Shrimp is peeled and deveined to make for easy prep. While Pacific Cod is delivered skin-off, our Gulf of Maine Redfish, Alaska Coho Salmon, and Alaska Sockeye Salmon will all come with skin, which is edible and delicious! Check out our blog post The Keys To Crispy Skin!
We recommend defrosting your fish under refrigeration. Most of our seafood will thaw completely within 12-24 hours. Once your fish is thawed, drain any excess liquid, pat it dry with a paper towel, and cook right away.
